Lieutenant Clint Reck is the co-founder of the Armor of God Project.  He has been in law enforcement for over 22 years and currently serves as a shift commander and SWAT Commander for the Muscle Shoals Police Department.  He is the current secretary for the Alabama Tactical Officers Association.

 

Lieutenant Reck is a firearns instructor and a graduate of the 227th Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.   Clint operates the Armor of God Distribution Center in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and is responsible for the recycling and shipment of body armor to officers in need. 

 

     
 

Mr. Ray Mahan has 35 years combined experience in the transportation and insurance industries.  The last 19 years he has focused on risk management, loss control, loss prevention and overall liability risk reduction for commercial risks.  His experience includes risk evaluation of businesses for all lines of insurance, management of self-insured liability programs, transportation regulation compliance, and administration of claims and litigation related to the freight transportation industry.   Ray is the co-founder of the Armor of God Project and uses his expertise in the shipping industry to coordinate the shipping of vests within and outside the United States.

     
 

Captain Travis Yates is the Executive Director of Ten-Four Ministries and has served with the Tulsa Police Department for 16 years.  He currently serves as a uniform division shift commander and is in charge of the Tulsa Police Precision Driving Unit.  Captain Yates is a graduate of the 227th Session of the FBI National Academy and was named the 2008 Trainer of the Year by Law Officer Magazine.  Travis is the communications director of the Armor of God Project.

Corporal Dan Ward is an Advisory Board Member with Ten-Four Ministries and currently serves a supervisor over the Tulsa Police Department Crime Analysis Unit.  His duties include the lead supervisor over CompStat.  Dan has served with the Tulsa Police Department for 12 years and has extensive training in traffic management and technology.  Dan is the lead technology consultant for the Armor of God Project.

Sergeant Roy Adams is the lead technical consultant for the Armor of God Project.  He has 32 years experience as a police officer and has served as a  firearms instructor and police trainer for the last 22 years.  Sergeant Adams has served on the United Nations International Police Task Force missions in Haiti and Bosnia and currently serves as the Senior Firearms Instructor with the Rochester, New York Police Department.  His duties included the management of the firearms training program as well as the testing and evaluation of all firearms, ammunition, chemical agents, and body armor for the Rochester Police Department.
